Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In case of delays, we will notify you by email.
Digital Products
For digital products (e.g. downloads), delivery takes place immediately after purchase via email or link. No physical shipping applies.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
Germany: 2–5 business days European Union: 5–10 business days Outside the EU: 7–20 business days
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance or local delays beyond our control. During peak periods such as public holidays or high carrier demand, delivery times may be longer.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Carrier and Shipping Risk
We ship via established carriers (e.g. DHL or equivalent providers).
Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to you only upon actual delivery of the goods. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at return@timelessevents.co with your order number and proof of purchase.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at return@timelessevents.co with the following:
— Order number — Invoice or proof of purchase — Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess the situation promptly and offer an appropriate solution. Your statutory warranty rights under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB) apply, with a two-year warranty period from delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address.
